Return Policy
Any return of products is accepted only if the product is returned within 15 days of its receipt in its original condition and it has not been used, hit, become dirty or in any other condition other than the original, along with any documents sent (purchase receipt, guarantee, etc.). No refund is accepted unless prior arrangement has been taken place.
For returning products, please fill and submit the return form on our website or contact us through the contact form on our website or by email to info@kallison-bijoux.gr informing about the product you wish to return, the reason, the date of receipt and any other relevant information, and we will ensure that we will proceed immediately to complete the process accordingly. Return shipping is at your own expense and you agree to order a new product through the website or claim a refund. Under no circumstances will the shipping costs be refunded. We recommend returning the product with a registered parcel so that you avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.
If the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie it is not the product of your order), it will be refunded upon receipt by you at the expense of Bijoux Kalliston and the refund will be agreed with you (including shipping costs) or there will be an arrangement for a shipment of the right product. Refund or replacement with another product will be made after receipt of the product to us, in order to confirm the wrong shipment.

Products that are not returned
Due to hygienic purposes, and according to the law, the products belonging to the Earrings category are not refunded.
